Online Exchange and Return Policy
Returns:
Most brand new, unworn items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. If a return is made after 30 days, you may only receive store points. Unless the exchange is due to our error (e.g., you received the wrong or defective item), the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. We can provide return labels for US customers; the label and return instructions will be sent to you via email. You can also return most online purchases to physical stores within 30 days of receipt.
Please note that the item must be tagged and a receipt must be presented with the return. If the return does not meet these requirements, the customer may be required to pay a $7 restocking fee and/or receive the equivalent amount of store points.
After receiving your package, you should receive a refund within 7-10 days, which will be processed through the payment method you provided. Please be sure to consider our processing time after receiving the return (1-3 business days) and the time it takes for your bank to process the refund request (5-10 business days).
***Some items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, such as custom-made headwear and oversized hats (XXXL), which are not eligible for the 30-day return, exchange, or refund policy.
